Ready to book

If you are ready to book, we are going to need the names, dates of birth, heights and dietary requirements of ALL persons travelling. You can book online by completing our booking form or, if you prefer, you can call us on 0044 (0) 1273 410 550

Online: All cycling holidays have a ‘book this tour’ tab. Simply click on this and follow the easy booking instructions. You will be able to select the trip date, fill in all passenger details and add on any extras. The booking form includes a link to our secure payment portal to pay the required deposit. For one off and balance payments, you can then use our payments page.

Your confirmation

Once we have received your booking request, we will start the process of confirming arrangements with our overseas suppliers. While we can sometimes confirm your booking immediately, this process can often take up to 48 hours. It is therefore important to wait for email confirmation from us before making any ancillary arrangements such as flights etc. 

When you make a booking with us (online or by phone) it is understood that you have read and accepted our booking conditions on behalf of all persons travelling.

Deposit payment

We require a deposit at the time of booking however, payment will only be taken once the trip has been confirmed. Your balance is then due 10 weeks before the start of your bike and hotel holiday or 12 - 13 weeks before the start of your bike and boat holiday. This will be detailed on your invoice.

 Changes to your holiday

We understand that sometimes you may need to tweak some parts of your cycle trip and we do our best to be as flexible as possible. However, depending on the changes being made, this may mean we need to charge an admin fee or a rebooking and cancellations fee. Please refer to the booking conditions where this is clearly detailed or give us a call and we can explain this to you.
